💡 Pro Tips
- The shipping company is fully responsible for your stay, costs, and safe return. Their paperwork is the backbone of the application.
- Book your VFS appointment at least 3–4 weeks before your ship's scheduled departure to handle any extended processing.
- Always carry the ORIGINAL Seaman's Book to VFS — not just a copy.
- If transiting multiple Schengen ports, mention all in your invitation and declare Denmark as the main port.
