No. The ETA (subclass 601) is only available to passport holders of certain countries — the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and a few others. Indian passport holders must apply for the Visitor visa (subclass 600).

The Australian Department of Home Affairs negotiates ETA eligibility country-by-country based on multiple factors. India is not currently on the ETA list. There is no public timeline for India being added.
